With over thirty years in the property industry, Lisa is a qualified expert in the law for lettings, inventories and property management and consistently works to high personal and professional standards.  A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Lisa’s extensive experience includes providing adjudication services for a leading tenancy deposit scheme and she is an examination moderator for the ARLA Propertymark Inventory & Tenancy Deposit Subject Board

Peter is well known on the landlord circuit. With a background in lettings since 1981 incorporating landlord; letting agent; and regular help line work, in addition to being an established trainer of landlords, it’s fair to say that Peter has outstanding credentials.

Along with his breadth of knowledge and nearly 40 years of direct experience in the rental market, Peter’s calm and unprejudiced outlook allows him to bring both impartiality and reasoned expertise to all aspects of his work and advises landlords and tenants alike.
