We will adjudicate on the paper evidence submitted by all sides involved in the dispute.

All relevant documents and photographs can be submitted via email to avoid delays and costs incurred with postage.

Site visit*

An experienced and accredited independent inventory clerk can visit the property to prepare a report on the room/s involved.
IA Services will then adjudicate as above.

Training

We offer a variety of half and full day training seminars covering, ‘how to avoid tenancy disputes’, ‘how to negotiate tenancy disputes’, ‘how to compile professional inventory management reports’. 

Courses can either be conducted at the client’s premises or at outsourced locations.
